No Maida Guilt free Cookies
Ingredients
Ghee ¼ cup (melted and on room temperature)
Desi khand or jaggery ½ cup
Coco powder ¼ cup
Ragi flour 1 cup
Wheat flour ½ cup
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Chopped nuts for garnishing ( Walnuts,Almonds,Pistachios ,Chocolate chips)
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 or 15 minutes
Let them cool down and then enjoy your guilt free cookies with your tea or coffee
