Ingredients:-

Jowar – 1 1/4 cups

Potato – 1, boiled

Paneer – 50-60 g, crumbled

Green chillies – 2-3, finely chopped

* Crushed peanuts – 1/4 cup

Sugar -2 tsp

* Lemon- 1/2

Salt – to taste

* Fresh coriander

-a handful,chopped

Method:-

1. Soak the jowar overnight (10-12 hours).

2. Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles, or until soft

Tip: If your jowar isn’t softening, add a small pinch

of baking soda while pressure cooking.

1. Add jowar and combine it with the boiled potato,

paneer, green chillies, crushed peanuts, lemon,

sugar, salt, and coriander.

2. Shape into vadas.

3. Air fry at 200 C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy, you can also pan-fry. Flip halfway for even crispiness.
